The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus be issued commanding the opposite party No.3 to transfer the food grains from the go-down of the petitioner to another fair price shop holder, so that the food grains can be saved from rotting" 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed an application before the appellate authority, it is directed that the said application filed by the petitioner shall be decided in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4.
