His Natural Guardian Father Sunil Kumar Jaunsari And 3 Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Social Welfare And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Satendra Nath Rai Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J. Heard. We have perused the rejection order at page no.29. The reason for rejection as stated therein is - 'caste is not verified by the applicant'. The name of one Pankaj Tomar, Lekhpal is mentioned corresponding to it. We fail to understand as to what is meant by it. This is not how rejection order should be passed. The reason should be such as may be fathomable by the person applying for the caste certificate and also by the court where a challenge is raised. Let the Tehsildar communicate reasons specifically and clearly for denying issuance of caste certificate to the petitioners within ten days whereupon it shall be open for the petitioners to pursue the remedies as may be prescribed or available. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. (Brij Raj Singh,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.) Order Date :- 2.1.2025 Shanu/- Digitally signed by :- SHANU SUMAN High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
