After receipt of preliminary inquiry report, as claimed, a show cause notice has been issued to opposite party nos.5 and 6 by the District Magistrate i.e opposite party no.1 as to why his financial and administrative powers be not seized but opposite party nos.5 and 6 have not responded and the matter remains pending. 3. Let the District Magistrate, District- Hardoi look into the matter and do the needful as per law. We have not expressed any opinion on merits of the allegations against opposite party nos.5 and 6. 4.
