The counsel for the respondents based upon the instructions states that they are not pressing this recovery certificate dated 29.11.2016, as the determination of the dues is under process by the respondents. 4. In view of the said statement, the recovery certificate dated 29.11.2016 is quashed. If any fresh determination is made, the copy thereof shall be supplied to the petitioner and the petitioner would have liberty to avail whatever remedies are available. 5.
