Y L SIVAKALPANA REDDY(SC CUM SPL PP,CID) The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER: Writ Petition No.14212 of 2020 is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the 2nd respondent in freezing the accounts of the petitioners i.e. accounts bearing nos. 180305000622, 180305500139 and 180301001140 with the 3rd respondent bank as, illegal, arbitrary and violative of the Art.14, Art. 19(1)(g), Art.21 and Art. 300A of the Constitution of India.” Writ Petition No.15160 of 2020 is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the 2nd respondent in freezing the accounts of the petitioners i.e. accounts bearing nos. 00000062461030530 and 00000034542977689 with the 3rd respondent and 4th respondent banks respectively as, illegal, 3 arbitrary and violative of the Art.14, Art. 19(1)(g), Art.21 and Art. 300A of the Constitution of India.” 2. Sri Panini Somayaji, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing C.I.D would submit that, in view of the directions issued to the concerned Bank to defreeze the accounts of the Petitioners in both the petitions, no further orders are required in these matters and the petitions may be disposed of. 3. Sri Javvadi Sarath Chandra, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit, recording the same, that the petitions may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
