1. The petition is disposed of at this stage with the consent of learned counsel for the parties.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the salary of the petitioners as daily rated workers/casual labours in the department be released in their favour, which has not been paid to them with effect from December, 2015 till date and the respondents be directed to release the same.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the record, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the release of the salary of the petitioners in case they have worked in the department for the period as pleaded in the petition.
