The petitioner has a dispute with the private opposite party, who as alleged, is interfering with the construction of the house by the petitioner on a land, which he claims to be his own. The private opposite party is the vendor and the petitioner is the vendee. 3. The aforesaid dispute between the parties is not amenable to writ jurisdiction. As regards the prayer for providing adequate police protection for constructions of the house, the petitioner may approach the concerned authorities, if he has a cause and an enforceable right or seek such other remedy as may be prescribed. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
