Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Opposite Party No. 1 has brought to the notice of this Court the order dated 17.1.2025 whereby, the representation filed by the applicant had been decided and requisite payments have also been made. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for Opposite Party No. 1 has further submitted that now no cause, for pursuing this contempt application, survives for the applicant. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that in Writ-A No. 5815 of 2024, the petitioner has also prayed a relief for payment of arrears of salary for the period of April, 2019 to June 2023 but decision in that regard has not been taken by Opposite Party No. 1 4. On the aforesaid, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Opposite Party No. 1 submits that this contempt application may be dismissed and if the applicant has any grievance he may submit a representation and the same would be considered and decided by Opposite Party No. 1/Director, Minority Welfare, U.P. Indira Bhawan, Lucknow. 5. In view of the aforesaid, this contempt application is dismissed. However, the Applicant may file a representation to Opposite Party No. 1/Director, Minority Welfare, U.P. Indira Bhawan, Lucknow within a period of 15 days from today and that representation may be decided within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the representation.
