By this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR bearing Crime No. 35/2022 registered at Police Station, Mahila Thana, Raipur, for the offences under 2 Sections 294, 34 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. 2. At the outset, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition on the ground that the investigation has been concluded, charge sheet has been filed by the police and the trial has also progressed considerably and as such, the relief prayed for in this petition has virtually become infructuous. 3. Mr. Uboweja, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondent No. 1, on the other hand, submits that as per his information, the trial has concluded and the petitioners have been acquitted of the charges as is evident from the website of the learned trial Court concerned. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the matter is consigned to record.
