Though the petition has been filed praying for renewal of contractual services of the petitioners for the session 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 yet as even the session for 2024-2025 would come to an end on 31.03.2025, as stated by Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for respondents no.3 and 4, and there cannot be any occasion for renewal of the contractual services of the petitioners retrospectively consequently the petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to apply for a fresh contractual services for the session 2025-2026. 3.
