Shri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel draws attention of this Court on the affidavit of compliance filed by respondent and submits that order of Writ Court has already been complied with and the amount in question has already been paid along with interest. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has filed reply to the affidavit of compliance and submitted that respondent has wrongly calculated the dues amount. The applicant is entitled to the additional amount of Rs.41,000/- with the interest at the rate of 6% per anum. 3. Considering the contents of the order passed by Writ Court as well as affidavit of compliance and reply filed by learned counsel for the applicant, it is evident that the order of Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no contempt is made out against the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the application is hereby dismissed. 5. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, in case, he is having any grievance. Order Date :- 10.4.2025 V.
