Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who stood retired on 31-3-2019 from the post of Assistant Manager (Terminal) at IOCL, has moved an application before EPFO, Regional OfÏce for grant of pensionary benefits, but the petitioner has not been given pensionary benefits under the EPF Act. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that for generating UAN certain documents like Aadhar Card details, Bank account and other relevant documents are required under the Scheme which should be provided by the concerned respondent authority. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 & 5 would submit that they 3 have already submitted the requisite documents to the respondents authorities. 4. In the eventuality of receiving the aforesaid documents, the respondent authorities shall generate UAN of the petitioner, therefore, the pensionary benefits shall be granted to the petitioner within an outer limit of three months from the date of copy of this order. 5.
