The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A (2) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred against the impugned order dated 07.09.2024 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act, Bahriach in Misc. Criminal Case No. 651/12/2023 (Munna @ Mukta Vs. Thakur Prasad and others) filed by the appellant under Section 156 (3) C.P.C. for lodging the First Information Report against the opposite party No.2 to 11, Police Station Payagpur, Bahraich. 4. A perusal of the impugned order shows that learned court below while passing the impugned order has given clear finding on the basis of admitted facts by the appellants, particularly in para 7 of the order and has rightly opined that a Civil Suit is sought to be given a criminal colour, so also the concealment made by the appellant while filing a application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. 6. I find no illegality in the order impugned. 7. The appeal is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
