The petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that order dated 12.04.2022, passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 397 of 2021, Rishipal Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others has been willfully disobeyed by the respondents. At the very outset, learned State counsel would submit that the order of which non compliance has been reported has already been complied with by the respondents on 16.12.2024, which is Annexure 2 to the compliance affidavit. Since the order of which the willful disobedience is complained of, has already been complied with. Nothing survives in this petition. It stands disposed of accordingly.
