Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024 corresponding to Cyber Case No. 16 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 419, 420, 467,468, 471,120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner No. II, Ranchi. 3. On 16.04.2024, Cyber Police, Ranchi raided the house of one Shekhar Kumar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in his house and apprehended this petitioner and co-accused persons. It appears that several mobile phones, sim cards and bank details were recovered from there. 4. It was submitted that though, the petitioner was apprehended at the place of occurrence, but no victim has turned up to show that the petitioner had cheated him. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner No. II, Ranchi in connection with Cyber Crime P.S.
