Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that Matrimonial Case No.1658 of 2021 (Vikas Gautam vs. Sonam Kumari) be transferred from Lucknow to the equivalent Court at District Mathura, where the applicant is residing. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite party opposes by arguing that the brother and father of the applicant are having criminal antecedents and there is a threat. 4. Considering the inconvenience being faced by the applicant, the present application is allowed. The proceedings pending in the Court of Lucknow are transferred to the equivalent court at District Mathura. 5. In case, opposite party feels any threat, he would be entitled to move an appropriate application before the Superintendent of Police, Mathura, who shall ensure that the sufficient security is provided.
