Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order passed by the writ Court, the representation of the applicant has been decided by order dated 30.01.2025 (which is taken on record), hence the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions received from respondent no. 1 has submitted that the representation of the applicant has been decided by order dated 30.01.2025 by the newly joined District Magistrate, Sultanpur (which is taken on record), who has not been made party by the applicant, the copy of which has already been forwarded to the Tehsildar concerned to provide the same to the applicant and photocopy of the same has been provided to the counsel for the applicant today. Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that for all practical purposes, the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. Notice issued earlier, if any, stand discharged.
