The issue involved in the instant proceedings pertains to a challenge to the advertisement dated 24.09.2021 whereby the eligibility criteria has been mentioned for the post of Peon as Class VIII passed but Class XII not passed. 4. It is seen that in various judgments passed by this Court, the Notification No.1 dated 04.01.2021 has been upheld. The advertisement dated 24.09.2021 is a consequence to the Notification No.1 dated 04.01.2021.
