In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the endorsement dated 05.01.2021 (Annexure-H) interalia sought for a direction to the respondent No.2 to correct the name of the petitioner as Narasimha S/o Papajaiah, instead of Narasamma D/o Papajaiah. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitioner has sought for a direction to change the name mentioned in Form No.10 issued by the Land Tribunal. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25192 WP No. 7266 of 2021 4 In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that, the respondent No.2 has rightly issued the Endorsement dated 17.9.2005 (Annexure-G) rejecting the claim made by the petitioner herein.
