Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 11 of 2025 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 372 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 27 of the Arms Act and charge has been framed for the offences under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Seraikella. 3. On 03.10.2024 at about 11.30 pm, son of the informant was intercepted by the accused persons near Chhotu Shop, Saldih Basti, Adityapur. It is alleged that the petitioner shot her son, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. The petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. 4.
