JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER Date : 13-08-2025 Heard Mr. KM Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the petitioners are aggrieved with the rejection of their candidatures as Post Graduate Teachers on account of having B.Ed certificates/mark-sheets of 4th semester after the last date of application stipulated to be submitted online. [2.] At the outset, it is submitted at the bar that this Court in WP(C) 3929/2025, which is the lead case and involving similar issue in respect of Graduate Teachers had declined to interfere with the rejection of the candidature of the petitioners therein on the same ground, i.e., due to the obtaining of the certificates required after the last date stipulated for submitting the application online. [3.] Such being the position, this Court finds that the present case is also Page No.# 3/3 squarely covered. [4.] Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed in line with WP(C) 3929/2025.
