Heard the learned counsel for the appellant(s) and learned counsel for the respondent(s) and perused the material available in the record. 3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs. 4.
