The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28207 of 2025 for the following reasons: "Considering the facts, nature of offence and the fact that the victim is not yet discharged and is still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner." 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.
