Along with the said affidavit has also been filed an order dated 09.04.2025, a copy of which is Annexure C-1 whereby the representation of the petitioner has been decided. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the order of the writ Court was for deciding the representation of the petitioner which has been decided vide order dated 09.04.2025. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with, it cannot be said that the respondents run in contempt of the order passed by the writ Court. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. The notices are discharged.
