The petitioner's claim under the Pradhan Mantry Awas Yojana has been declined while publishing the final list on the ground that petitioner is not a resident of Lucknow. Whether the petitioner is resident of Lucknow or not cannot be decided in a writ proceedings. Petitioner may, if he has proof of his residence at Lucknow, apprise the concerned authorities in this regard who shall reconsider the claim accordingly if there is sufficient proof in this regard. 5.
