Dutta, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. 2. This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed praying for condonation of 24 days of delay in filing the connected MAC Appeal against the judgment and order dated 12.11.2024 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hojai in MAC Case No.17/2022. 3. This Court is of the opinion that the delay has been satisfactorily explained and going for issue of notice to the respondents would be nothing but sheer waste of time.
