Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted the judgment and order dated 28.08.2024, passed by this Court in Writ A No. 6863 of 2024 has been complied with and now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt application and the same may be dismissed as infructuous but liberty may be given to the applicant to challenge the order dated 31.01.2025 by filing a writ petition. 3. As prayed, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant to avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law. 4. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
