After filing of this petition and during its pendency, the petitioner submitted an application to the Divisional Manager on 11.12.2024 seeking time to submitting reply to the show cause notice but no response has been received. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objections if the petition is disposed of with some time to the petitioner for filing the response which can be considered by the concerned official in pursuance to the impugned show cause notice unless, of course, a decision has already been taken. 4. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition with the aforesaid stipulation, that is, petitioner may submit reply within ten days whereupon the same shall be considered and a decision be taken and communicated to the petitioner at the earliest, unless of course, a decision has already been taken in which case it shall be communicated to the petitioner within ten days.
