By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is seeking direction to respondent to grant third ACP/ Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- upon completion of 26 years of service with calculating training period as well. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the above regard, petitioner has already approached the authority concerned by moving representation . Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage submits that in identical set of facts number of petitions has been disposed of by this Court, one of them being Writ A No. 8792 of 2023. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of four weeks from today regarding grievance of grant of third ACP/grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- with calculating the training period, in view of the relevant Government Orders dated 4.5.2010, 21.7.2011,22.12.2011 and 17.3.2012 and the event any such representation is moved as directed hereinabove, the same shall be disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within a further period of two months.
