THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “ a) Issue a writ of mandamus direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.02.2025 vide Annexure-E and to publish scheme of evaluation;. b) Issue any other incidental and appropriate and suitable orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case of the Petitioner, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representation dated 08.02.2025 at Annexure-E submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:12950 WP No. 4280 of 2025 has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representation dated 08.02.2025 at Annexure-E bearing in mind the documents produced by the petitioner along with the present petition and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from today. 6.
