State Cooperative Bank Ltd. as also a general office order passed by the respondents-Corporation. Learned counsel submits that the judgment in question has been complied with and enhanced pension has been paid to the petitioners w.e.f. January 2025 & the arrears thereof will be paid in defined time frame to the petitioners as per the general office order passed by the respondents-Corporation. 2. Taking note of the above, the present execution petition to stand disposed of.
