Mr. Arsh Rattan, Learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. No notice is required to be issued to Respondents No.3 in these proceedings, in view of the nature of the order initiated to be passed. 4. Without going into the claims/contentions at 2025:HHC:18154 - 2 - the very outset, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the instant petition, so as to enable him to make a representation to competent authority, for redressal of his hardships/grievances in accordance with the transfer policy and in accordance with law. [Statement Taken on Record]. 5. Prayer being innocuous, is not opposed, by Learned State Counsel. 6. In these circumstances, the instant petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn, so as to enable the petitioner to make representation to competent authority in accordance with law. 7. At this stage, Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that he shall make a representation to the competent authority within three days. In case, any such representation is made, the competent authority shall examine the representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the Transfer Policy in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as Respondent No.4 on or before 25.06.2025. 8. On query by this Court, Learned Counsel 2025:HHC:18154 - 3 - states that the petitioner already stands relieved. Accordingly, this Court, directs that till the decision on the representation, respondents shall not compel, petitioner to join transferred station in pursuance to orders dated 02.06.2025 (Annexure P-3), in case representation is made within three days from today. In aforesaid terms, the instant petition is dismissed, as withdrawn and all pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of, accordingly.
