JUSTICE PRANJAL DAS ORDER 18.08.2025 1. Heard Mr. L.R. Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, 1. Jahan Uddin Laskar and 2. Ainul Haque Laskar, have prayed for grant of bail in connection with Silchar P.S Case No.633/2025 corresponding to GR No.1099/2025 under Section 70(1) of BNS, 2023. 3. Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that charge-sheet has been submitted in the meantime vide CS No.524/2025 dated 23.07.2025. 4. In the said situation, the petitioner may file an application on behalf of the accused before the learned trial court seeking regular bail which can then be disposed of on merits upon perusal of the relevant materials available at this stage. 5.
