They have requested to quash the entire proceedings of the said Special Sessions Trial No.13 of 2025 in terms and conditions of the said settlement. 4 . The said request has not been opposed by the respondent no.1. 5 . The report of the mediator dated 10.12.2025 is on record. 6 . The present Application (No.1164 of 2025), filed under Section 528 of the Sanhita, 2023, is accordingly allowed. The entire proceedings of Special Sessions Trial No.13 of 2025, “State Vs.
