During the deliberation of the matter, on instruction of the applicant/petitioner, Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties outside the Court and as such the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the case and accordingly, Mr. Ahmed, prays for withdrawal of this case. 3.
