Heard Shri Dinesh Chandra Tewari, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Nishant Shukla, the learned counsel for the opposite party- Union of India and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. 2. By means of the instant writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed validity of a judgment and order dated 22.08.2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in O.A. No.1068 of 2013. 3. The aforesaid Original Application was filed by the petitioner challenging termination of his services made by means of an order dated 12.09.2003 passed by the Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, NOIDA. 4. Neither the punishment order was passed within the territorial limits of jurisdiction of this High Court sitting at Lucknow, nor has the impugned order been passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal at a place within the territorial limits of jurisdiction of this Court sitting at Lucknow. 5. Therefore, this Court sitting at Lucknow cannot entertain the writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of territorial jurisdiction. 7. However, it will be open for the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition before this Court sitting at Allahabad for the grievances raised by way of this writ petition. . (Subhash Vidyarthi,J.) (A.
