But for all other practical purposes, the present contempt application has rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous, but liberty may be given to the applicant to challenge the determination of amount by filing a writ petition. 2. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 3. It is always open for the applicant to avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law. For that, no order is required to be passed by this Court. 4. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
