The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(अ) आददेश एववं ननिदरश परममाददेश लदेख ककी ्ቚकक नति मम ननिररति करकदे अधधीनिस्थ पमाररवमाररक न्यमायमालय शधीममानि ्ቚधमानि न्यमायमाधधीश महहोदय, जनिपद लखनिऊ कहो आददेनशति करनिदे ककी कक पमा ककी जमायदे नक नवचमारमाधधीनि वमाद सवंख्यमा -३५१/२०२४ अन्तिररति धमारमा-११ नहन्दद नववमाह अधधननियम ्ቚमहोद कक ममार बनिमाम शधीमतिधी सधीममा ददेवधी (ननियति नतिधथ २०.१२.२४) कहो ०६ ममाह मम नवधध अनिकसमार ननिस्तिमाररति कर नदयमा लमायदे , इस आशय कमा आददेश जमारधी करनिदे ककी कक पमा ककी जमायदे।" 3. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2024, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
