ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the Endorsement dated 02.02.2025 Serial No. Aa.Vae/Kaa/562/2024-25 issued by R4 vide Annexure-B are ultra vires of the Constitution of India;
b. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the R3 and R4 to include petitioner in the list of valid voters while publishing the final valid voters list;
c. Pass any appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deem it fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and allow this Writ Petition with cost, in the ends of justice and equity.

2. A memo dated 6.3.2025 has been filed signed by the
learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner, which reads as under:- Memo for withdrawal
The petitioner most humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit him to withdraw the above petition as the election is over and he casted his vote and it is invalid in the interest of justice and equity.
3. A perusal of the above would indicate that the vote of the petitioner was declared invalid and as such, the same was not taken into account for the purpose of the election. Accepting the said memo and submission of the counsel for the petitioner, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Needless to say that the respondents are now required to announce the results of the elections subject to no other stay being granted in any other proceedings. Sd/- (SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) JUDGE
