Mr. Pawn Mishra, learned counsel for the Applicant. 2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General assisted by Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. The first bail application has been moved on behalf of the Applicant. The Applicant- Saurabh Chauhan is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime/FIR No.181 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Section 8, 20, 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, registered at Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun. 4. Heard Mr. Pawan Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 5. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that applicant is an innocent person and he has no previous criminal history. He submits that the co-accused Ayush Rawat and Neeraj Kathait have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 19.02.2025 and 08.07.2025 in the similar offence, thus on the ground of parity applicant is also entitled to be enlarged on bail. 6. Learned State counsel has strongly opposed the bail application. 7. Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties without expressing any opinion on the final merits of the case, the applicant deserves bail. 8. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Saurabh Chauhan be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 9. Accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of.
