Placing the aforesaid, learned State Counsel submits that the final report in this matter has been submitted in the Court, on 14.01.2025, as during the course of investigation, no evidence was found, which could show that the applicants were involved in committing the offence. The counsel for the applicant has also supported the version of learned counsel for the State. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.
