(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Special Sessions Trial No.493 of 2023, State Vs./Sanjay Kumar Paswan, pending before the FTC/Additional District and Sessions Judge (POCSO), Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, arising out of FIR No.83 of 2023, under Section 376 IPC and Section 5/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Transit Camp, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1199 of 2024, was rejected on 19.12.2024. 2 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail.
