Sikdar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition and to file again. He also prays liberty to withdraw the vakalatnama as well as the annexures. All the respondents are represented. The prayer is partly allowed. Accordingly, the vakalatnama filed in this writ petition shall be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner by retaining photocopy of the same in the record.
