Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of eviction passed against the petitioner on 23.05.2022 as well as the dismissal of the revision on 17.08.2023. 3. The counsel for the petitioner and the respondents are present and state that the petitioner wants sometime to vacate the premises to which the respondents no.3 & 4 have no objection. 4. In view of the said consent, the petitioner is granted time till 31.12.2025 to vacate the premises. The petitioner shall file an undertaking before the trial court within a period of three weeks from today to vacate the premises on or before 31.12.2025. The arrears of rent shall also be paid by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. 5. In the event of failure to file an undertaking or deposit the rent, the respondents would be at liberty to execute the decree in accordance with law. 6.
