Learned counsel for the applicant submits that inspite of the instructions issued by the High Court of Chhattisgarh vide notification dated 12/09/2023, the same have not been followed by the respondents, as such, they have committed defiance of the said notification. 2. However, the petitioner has failed to produce any document to establish the fact that he approached to any higher authority like SP, IG & DGP. In absence of such pleadings as well as copy supplied to the such authority, no contempt proceeding can be drawn against the respondents. 3. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the higher authority to apprize them about non- compliance of the order of this Court/Supreme Court or notification dated 12/09/2023.
