On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has produced before this Court an order dated 18.01.2025, written by the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Bahraich according to which all the outstanding dues of the petitioner have been cleared and directions have been issued to the petitioner to work at his original place of posting. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also does not dispute the aforesaid letter and submits that the amount as mentioned in the said letter has already been received and on the basis of the said letter, he submits that grievance of the petitioner no longer subsists and hence he may be permitted to not press the writ petition. 3.
