Petitioner owns a house at Naukuchiatal, District Nainital. According to her, respondent No. 4 is raising construction in front of her house in violation of building bye-laws. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation to the Secretary, District Level Development Authority (DLDA), who may be directed to take decision thereupon. 4. Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 assures that the decision, if already not taken, shall be taken within four weeks. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by taking the statement made by Mr. Sandeep Kothari, Advocate on record.
