Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is the owner of the tractor and the petitioner no.2 is the driver of the tractor in question and within the stipulated time they have not been able to surrender as they were ailing. He submits that in view of that two weeks’ further time may kindly be extended from today so that the fruit of the anticipatory bail order, the petitioners may avail. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that anticipatory bail was already granted and in spite of that, till date, the petitioners have not appeared. 4. Considering that the anticipatory bail has already been granted and the petitioner no.1 is the owner of the tractor and the petitioner no.2 is the driver of the tractor in question and due to illness, they have not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated time in terms of the order dated 30.04.2024 passed in A.B.A. No.1822 of 2024 and in view of that, the time to surrender from today is hereby extended for further two weeks. 5. The order dated 30.04.2024 passed in A.B.A. No.1822 of 2024 is modified to the above extent, and the rest of the conditions of the said order are kept intact. 6. This petition is disposed of.
