The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct opposite parties especially O.P. No.2 Tehsildar, Tehsil Ram Sanehi Ghat, District Barabanki to expedite and decide the restoration application dated 21-08-2023 filed by Petitioner in Mutation Case No. 780/2007-08 [computerized Case Number T2008041200001] under Section 34/35 Of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 [Corresponding Section 33 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006] captioned as Madan Mohan Singh and others Versus Daan Bahadur Singh pending in the Court of O.P. No.2 within any stipulated period of time as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper, in the interest of justice." 6. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid restoration application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
