Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2 None appeared for the respondent No.2, though notice was 3. served. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the all the accused appeared before the trail Court and charges were framed and so far LW1 to LW6 were examined during the trial and there are only witnesses to be examined in this case and in those circumstances, the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Criminal Petition can be disposed of at the stage of admission itself, without going into the merits of the case, with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.85 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Addateegala, East Godavari District as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 14 more 6.
